It's my monthly time. :(. I also saw that I've lost 5 percent body fat but gained 2 pounds. Is this a part of Atkins too. Beside not having normal BM im not frustrated but dissapointed in the weight gain. Feeling like I'm failing.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 34.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 2.1 kg a Week

Not going to bathroom regularly can cause a gain. As well as other factors like sodium, exercise, hormones etc.

Reread that. Yes that time of month will cause gains. Drink water and stick with it. It will go away when it's over.

I agree with the others... Hang in there, stay focused, and drink PLENTY of water! If you do that, I bet when TOM leaves, you'll be down at least a few pounds, so don't get too discouraged.

Don't sweat it my friend, monthly cycles bring on between 3-5 pounds of water weight every month, it falls off as soon as your hormone level evens out.The WOE I am on, LCHF, is similar to Atkins. I have discovered in the 19 weeks I have been eating this way, that my symptoms of PCOS and menopause issues have been dramatically reduced if not entirely eliminated. Be patient and don't get discouraged, you have an adjustment period while your body gets used to a different way of eating. I take measurements to show me my body changes when the scale gets stuck or takes an upward swing. I am sure that you will show a nice drop in the upcoming week. Hang in there!
