Day 12 and the scale was my enemy this morning, I ended up being .2 more than yesterday. My weight loss goal for this week is 3 pounds even though I know that 2-2.5 is more realistic.

Steps: 6,926

Exercise:
Walked to the movies and back this morning 1.5 miles x 2= 3 miles
Ab Ripper X
Yoga X First 17 minutes
Started Biggest Loser 10 minute Cardio I workout, stopped due to the kids
69.3 kg Lost so far: 3.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
