I thought my scale was broken so I weighed a 5lb weight and it weighed 5lbs. So I guess this is real but I’m not believing it. 🧐 I’ll log it and see what tomorrow and next week brings but for now I’m enjoying it lol.

If you're consistent with your diet, the weight will suddenly drop a lumpsome once in a while. It's very possible, don't be surprized.
