Gotta love fluctuations :/ I know I didn't get my walk in or have enough water and I weighed earlier today (by 2 hrs) so that would account for it. I'll focus on water and movement today as I can. I have a challenge to win! :) Yesterday was kinda wonky too cause I spent a few hours helping out my youngest and getting him from place to place.
I started working more on my math last night. HS algebra from 25+ years ago does not stay with you, fyi lol. There were a few that I had to redo and redo and I'm still not sure I "have it" :) Practice practice. I'm feeling smarter with each "please try again". Building new pathways!
