☆Another Low☆

I'm learning that 1700 calories may be low for maintenance, for me. If I'm continuing to lose....even slowly, I might be able to raise them a bit. Of course, some days I do eat over. My average for this past week was just over 1700 a day.

I was feeling a bit off this morning....I think the time change is messing with me. I stayed awake reading a little late. I'm at the end of my book & thought I could finish it & of course my body felt like it was an hour earlier than the clock. We went to the Gym & once I got moving, I was able to make it thru my regular routine. Still being super careful with my arm exercises. My right arm has been sore & in fact the muscle in the upper part of my chest was twinging a little. I planned to take some Ibuprofen when I went in the locker room but forgot & never did take any today. It's feeling better this evening.

There was a cancelation @ the Therapist's, so I'm going tomorrow. They didn't have an appointment available when I was scheduling future sessions, so glad they can get me in.

It's supposed to get below freezing tonight, so I covered some of my plants to hopefully protect them from frost.

Hubby went to the Gym today with me after missing a couple of days last week. He wore down before finishing his normal routine. I told him to go easy, but I don't think he listened 😐 As I was making dinner, he said he thought he better eat light cause his stomach was feeling a bit off. I hope he doesn't have a bug...I don't want to catch it!

Well, better get up to bed 😴 Still have a chapter to read 📚

So far I'm okay with the time change. I hated the spring forward before I retired. The cats aren't aware of the change, thankfully. Instead of crawling all over me and meowing at 5am until I get up and feed them, they wait until 6am.
