I did it! I weighed myself! And I lost half a pound. :)
I wonder. Will I stay consistent this year? Last year proved to be a great year for weight loss. Might this one be too? Will I get to my goal? Will I hit the milestone of 137, my high school weight? It's just 10 pounds away! I love being curious and positive. I dislike the moments of despair when this goes away. Thank you for the inspiring stories, everyone. They help keep me in check.
