Hi FS!!

I've been afraid of the scale again. I usually weigh myself on Fridays, but I skipped last week! I also want to do my starting body fat numbers for this year.

NYE party went on until 4am this year, and I had plenty of food at that party. The hosts had a table of tamales, chips, hummus, cookies, and other finger foods. That, and being on vacay, has gotten me really scared of weighing in.

BUT

I did work out during the break. I also have gotten a lot of compliments about looking good today. (It's our first day back at the office.) Either I lost weight, or I gained muscle, or both. I hope it's both!!

The compliments prompted me to start convincing myself to weigh in tomorrow morning. We'll see how I do!
