Day #6 and the weight is dropping daily. How long can I keep this up until I'll have to fight for every ounce lost?

Congrats! You are on a roll! I am at the "fighting every ounce" stage...no fun. What does your exercise involve?

I'm just doing a lot of cardio like walking/running 2-3 miles a day and a couple days of weight training so when I discover my abs under this tire, it won't take me forever to tone them up, ha ha.

I might do more cardio too, it makes the lbs drop quickly. I think with all my strength training, my fat gets converted straight into muscle...that's my story and I'm sticking to it :)
