This is exactly my husband. He is always asked by someone to take things from the higher shelves.

45 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg. Still to go: 1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 3.5 kg a Week

I use my young grandkids to grab that I need from the bacon the bottom shelf at the grocery store. They love to show how helpful they are.
