Three pound gain. Not bad for the holidays!! I did do a workout yesterday and today I'm back at work, so I plan to go for a run on lunch. Plus there is hardly anyone at work which means no extra goodies here and I don't have my fridge or pantry close by, so no snacking!!

Hey Lindsay, yes I run in this weather, it's cold on the start but by the end I'm sweatin'! It also helps to get out and get my shot of vitamin D (that's if the sun is shining!).

What do you do that you can run on your lunch? I think a lunch workout would be great but there is no place to shower and I sweat bad.

Skwhite, just use extra Deordant and have a body mist spray. I don't interact with many people, so if I am stinky no one has to put up with it? (I hope! My coworker and I go, so we're skinky together!)
