Today I start the new schedule for working at home. The holidays are done, the bad food is leaving the house and I'm putting an overall schedule in place for work, food, physical activity and school work. This is the beginning for 2015. I have to see my doc 1/23 so that's motivation to start and go for it. I've gained at least 10 since I saw him in November.

There is both risk and opportunity in working from home. Getting on a good sleep schedule and then working the new schedule will be the issue and not procrastinating. It's mental and always has been.

Here we go. One of these times it will stick.
