Day 4 of SDL's BLC and the weight is still coming off a little day by day. I can't wait until Day 15 and 30 when I can redo my measurements and body fat to see how I'm progressing off the scale as well.

Today's challenge: Enjoy the festivities in the park today without eating/snacking on their foods

Solution: Pack my foods and bring along to eat while the family gets to enjoy what's available there.
