Day 2 of SDL's BLC and I'm down another .4 lbs overnight. Good calorie deficit yesterday and I'm eating great and staying on target. Skipping the gym today and heading outside for a couple miles along with cleaning the garage to get on my calorie burn.

70.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
