well, here we are again. gained everything I lost, plus some. Let's try and restart this!
175.2 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I believe in you! I lost hopefor a couple years... gained 50 lbs in just over 2 years. and started again last month! it feels so good to do good. ☺️

You’re still better off than you were before because even though you fell off, all those days you worked hard still mean something! You probably learned a lot about eating healthy and your body may adapt easier this time around. Plus you already know you can do it! Good luck 😊

A book I found helpful was Atomic Habits by James clear. One thing that stuck out was, we fall to the level of our systems, not ride to the level of our goals. I felt that. You can do it Ruby!
