I didn't feel like my workout was good yesterday. An hour not counting warm up. No difference really than the day before.. I think my heart just wasn't in it. I pushed through but I wonder the effect it has. 🤔

Not every workout has to be killer or feel great or whatever. It’s the consistency that counts imo. Now I know you didn’t ask for my opinion but you got it for free!! 😂

I get it! You stuck it out and made it through. That shows dedication! Sometimes I feel like when I'm not into my workouts, they don't count...but they do! Hopefully your future workouts will be better! 👍💜💪

You'll never regret trying; you went out and did it! That's better than the alternative. Small strides make big moves! Keep moving ❤️

Results are not affected by your attitude - numbers don't lie, so weights and reps will make a difference

Good for you for pushing through regardless!! You will have days when you aren't "feel'n it", but build the habit, you will start to crave it.

I feel you but the good thing is that you did what you could even not feeling it!! Good inspiration for me.

Been there. Sometimes it happens when you go in to get your workout and something is off. It’s all good though the consistency and showing up is what leads to the good habits.

No such thing as a “bad” or “wasted” workout. You showed up and pushed through. Full sized Check✔️. Unsolicited suggestion, if you typically do big, multi joint exercises first, then isolation moves: if you walk in the gym and you’re just not feeling it, reverse the order and do the isolation exercises first. Extra blood flow and oxygenation often can be quite a pick-me-up.

it is very important to have Mind & Body Connection b/c you work the muscle harder when you think about that muscle that why gym have mirrors, so just push and hype yourself up.
