Good Gym day, although it seemed a little harder to get through today. Still, I persevered 😊

Had to stop at Walmart....again. Probiotic yogurt for Hubby & Greek yogurt (plain) for our smoothies.

One of our kitchen under counter lights burned out & Hubby's been trying to replace/ repair it. So a trip to Home Depot. It ended up taking longer than I expected, so I was ready to get home, have my smoothie & put my feet up before making dinner.

Nothing planned tomorrow except some housework & a load of laundry 😁 I like having a chill day. Oh, and I better do my arm therapy exercises 💪
62.8 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
