Weight down just a tich....but better yet, I got the tape measure out & measured my waist this morning....down an inch 😁

It was still chilly this morning, so I decided to do some inside stuff. I threw the 2 bedroom throw rugs in to wash. There was some dust/ debris on the floor, so I gave the bedroom a good vacuuming & dusted. Since I had the vacuum cleaner upstairs, I did the hall, closet & bathroom, too.

I moved outside & pulled down the lights & greenery on the front porch. Packed up some of the Christmas decor & redid a tall lantern. I decided to leave the wreath on the front door & some greenery with big red berries for now. The weather doesn't seem ready for Spring decor just yet.

Then, as planned, I cut back the brown leaves on a bunch of Lenten Roses. That exposed more of the blooms that are starting to come up. I also cut back some dead Mums. The gardens are still a bit brown, but there are a lot of daffodils coming up so I should see some yellow blooms before long 💛🌻

I feel good getting that accomplished. It's supposed to rain tomorrow....again & I think there's rain forcast a lot this next week.

I love reading your activities. I don't know why. LOL. I also love watching cleaning videos. Maybe it is similar. Jealous of your daffodils already coming out. We can't seem to get started with winter. Snow- then 50 degrees and rain. MY back yard has turned into a mud pit. Supposed to be pretty cold tomorrow. I feel like until it is consistently cold and winter is fully here, we will never get to spring. I am thankful that I at least have sun until about 5:15 p.m. It is tough when it is dark at 4:30. Makes the day seem so rushed.

DP, I think reading about other's activities gives us a window into who they are. I like it, too. Our worst weather is usually February. We have had a lot of warmer than usual days in January. We have also had a lot of rain. Not sure what to expect before we see real Springtime. Have a good Sunday 😊
