Very pleased to see this number today, now I just need to tighten things up. Since Ill be out of town next week, Ive decided to get the things I need to make Turkey Taco Salads at the hotel. Ill batch cook some ground turkey and get the ingredients all together. Ill also be making a batch of steel cut oats for breakfasts. Then we do dinners at the restaurant.

This weekend Ill be trying to do as much as I can so my mom (who needs her hip replaced - badly) and kid are in a good spot. So lots of cleaning and laundry for me! Im so excited haha.
