700 calories at work led to a 206.0 pre-dinner weigh in. An hour on the treadmill got me to 204.4. Burned a ton of calories but ate 1900 to hit my fat and protein macros. Extra carbs due to frozen bananas in a 'healthy ice cream' treat. Playing Santa in the morning so no 16:8... but will have time to recover from any goodies they ply me with. Have a great weekend.

Yes, I don't have the substance I used to! Just tried it on with padding and it will work...

Thanks, Breco! Just passing on what I've learned up here! Santa gig is done and only had two black coffees, so will get in my 16:8 IF after all. Trying for 202 or 203 today.
