well, my toddler and I have been sick 😷...
toddler has an ear infection, and i got whatever is going around at school/work. He wouldnt fall asleep until 1am.
Not upset with the weigh in but i know it want last. Yet, if it sticks, i wont be mad. I took OTB123's advice and swapped my % for fat and protein, combined with Stormsgirl tip of making protein the weight i need/want to be(128g), Inadvertently, that made me need to bump my carbs down a lil, but ive been naturally sitting around 140g anyway. Lets see how this fairs for the next few weeks!! Starting February out strong with all this analysis!!
