Lots of salty soup yesterday caused a minor uptick, but not worried. Past few days, I was teasing 185.5, so it's only a matter of time before I creep down there again. In spite of salt, only 1200 calories yesterday and plenty of running around got me a good deficit, I'm certain.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 42.2 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
