I honestly didn't think I'd lose weight this week. Had even planned on not doing a weigh-in, but curiosity won out and I stepped on the scale. Glad I did!
85.3 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
