Amazing workout Sunday, feeling strong and fit. But still feeling like crap otherwise as I fight this cold/throat thing. Joints are now aching. Advil and bed. Weight drops gradually but surely!

Just Checking Mrs. Mole, Hope you get better soon! I know you dog is ready to play and do walks!!!!!! Buddy when I get sick, he lays right in the bed right beside me!!
