Same as yesterday 😊

I spent part of Saturday redoing the dining room table with dishes & centerpiece. I like to set it with pretty dishes since we eat at the kitchen table except when we have company.

I also changed out the tablecloth, placemats & centerpiece on the kitchen table.

I moved several plants from the sunroom back in front of the window in the dining room.

Today, I redid the decor on a side table in the dining room. Everything is slowly changing from Christmas back to regular decor. The Alpine trees are still in the corner of the living room with lights.

62.5 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great idea making where you eat a lovely inviting place.

You know how fancy restaurants often serve you mediocre, heavily salted, foods, tiny portions on beautiful dinnerware , plenty of atmosphere and extravagant prices? We seldom complain because we enjoy the experience and the company.. think how that same meal would go down with you if served on a paper plate, in front of the TV. Would not be nearly as satisfying. I think it’s wonderful that you make your eating space inviting.— part of feeling satiated.
