Is it really happening? Am I really losing weight? I think I was very pessimistic that I could actually do it!

For years I have eaten to the point that I'm overfull, and I seem to have kicked that habit to the curb. Woo hoo!
77.1 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
