Day 3 of same weight. Took day 7 off from the gym and cleaned from 6a-6p, walked the dogs a couple times, got 10800 steps- most of which was from around the house. I felt awake and not exhausted yet my body was over it by the end of the day. My back hurt and my feet hurt and that was that. Home Depot delivered our dishwasher. On Monday, my favorite plumber will come to install it and take the old one. I don't trust home depot. You never know who you will get. Looking forward to having the new one up and running. It is hardwired and hopefully won't be too much of a pain to get installed. So basically we have had a new dishwasher, stove, and fridge within the last year. Hopefully we are good for another 10-15 years.🤞🏼Off to church then planning on the gym but may take today off, too. The plan I decided to do was 5 days full body and 2 days off. We'll see how the day goes. I'm afraid 2 days off in a row at this early stage of the game will turn into a week off. Happy Sunday!

Congrats on going thru hell n back. 12hrs of cleaning! 😱 and good luck with that. Seems like I have to repair my washer every 1-2 yrs 😒

DP you could always try a cycle of 2 days on, 1day off cycle. You get 2 recovery days a week just spread out.

I agree with too comment.I was going 6 days a week and wondering why I wasn’t growing and always tired Lol.I switched to 2 on 1 off and All my lifts went up my energy went up and all around feeling of well being is better.
