All things considered a 2lb gain is not that bad. This is always the hardest week of the year for me - my birthday through Thanksgiving. Well it is over and time for me to get back to work. I will get back on track. Y'all do better than me.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
