I'm actually amazed I didn't gain more over Christmas!! I (over)indulged in some things - mincemeat tarts, chocolate, gravy and in our "feels like -41 temperatures" I didn't do my walk. However, today Jan 1st (Happy New Year!), I'm back on track. Weather has warmed, so I'm doing my mile a day, tomorrow grocery shopping for the "right" foods.
I still have a little over 10 pounds to lose and have given myself until the end of March to do it. Wish me luck.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
