Ran/walked 5k on the treadmill yesterday - 35 minutes.
Kids back to school - love my crock pot! Nothing easier
than throwing chicken and veg in some tomato sauce and
fat free broth - kids love it with brown rice!!
65.0 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
