Kimmlas, no worries. Hang in there. You are fine, and you will meet your dream weight. I dreamed of having my goal weight many years ago, but I didn't believe it would come real. No self-confidence, low self-esteem, no support system, and ignorance. They used to belong to me before, but no more. To make dreams come true, ironically, we have to wake up. I believe in you, and you must trust yourself and your capability. I will share my secrets with you if you want them. You already know everything, but if you need to hear from me, please let me know.
