Feeling almost 100% back to normal, thank goodness. Thanks for all the support. Got back to the gym yesterday and it felt great. I was surprised how well I did. I guess all that rest did wonders for my muscles and endurance.
A tough week this week, with work events Monday-Thursday in the evenings. Happens once or twice a month, often the 3rd weeks of the month. Makes me grumpy and exhausted to work from 7AM-9PM, so I will try to sneak in a Jacuzzi here and maybe a nap there in between things when possible.
Weight is steady on the low side again, and I may be able to start dropping again now that I can get back to the gym again and my dental issues are clearing up.
