Eating after 4pm continues to be most difficult. I constantly feel hungry at that time. I think I will have to meal plan as I do for lunch and have an earlier dinner so I don't snack (as snacking seems to be larger than intended). Need to cut off food by 6 and have an earlier bed time.. see how that works.
86.1 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

make sure your drinking enough water. it fills you up. if you really feel like you need something try a fruit/herbal tea. hope this helps.

I agree. Last year I was drinking 3 litres a day. Now I'm having 8-10 cups. I have increased my water again, forgot to write about it.
