ok ok, off my regimen again last week. But, I got watch and play with my 2 yr old grandson. Man, us old(er) guys get slouchy fast!
83.9 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

well, good news my phys therapist discharged me after 1-1/2 sessions. gotta work on core flexibilty.

Congratulations! I don't go to a PT anymore for some reasons, but walking and activities are helpful for rehab. for me. I am sure your 2 YO grandson gives you such a joyful time and eventually he is helping you to keep good health in mind as well. 😄💖
