Monday weigh in. Prepping massive amounts of food today - lots of leftovers! Going to make soups as well as 500- calorie-plates. I have about 50 containers so getting ready to buckle down for Part two of losing weight. Just about 4 weeks to Xmas! Making my own frozen foods for this part.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My freezer looks the same — every piece of Tupperware that I own with meal preps. But at least it’s calorie controlled.
