Happy Friday!

How quickly things change! Both pool parties for this weekend were cancelled (not by us). I got the heater working in the pool (for now anyway), but we haven't got anyone coming over to use it. GoodMan's SIL (his brother's wife) is coming to town to go to the football game at the University and meet with some former sorority sisters. She is staying at a hotel in town, but we thought we would try to get together with her sometime while she's here (she's staying about 2 miles from our house and they live 3 hours away).

I'm happy with the weight loss for this week. I put in a lot of exercise and motivational reading and videos to keep me on track. As I get closer to Onederland the excitement is mounting. Today's task is to reset my meal plans for this weekend. Since all of our plans have changed I need to adapt my meal plans too.

I'm off to ride my exercise bike - planning 82 minutes and 22 miles. My steps goal for today is 6,000. Yesterday's steps were 5,080.

Make your Friday fantastic!

Things do change fast around here! DS#6 and his gang is coming over for dinner tonight and to hang out with us tomorrow. DIL says she'll help me figure out my new phone and may even help me do some staining. I upped the intensity on my exercise bike this morning - not the resistance or time. I rode 23.25 miles in 82 minutes. When I started in September I could only ride about 15-20 minutes at about 11-12 miles per hour.
