ok, definitely a warning sign. I ate a bunch of carbs, worked out once last week. Back to 3x a week, low carbs and calories < 2000, gotta hit this!
83.8 kg Lost so far: 32.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
