was a lot of hard work this week! both psychologically and physically. I did a lot of walking burned most days more calories than I ate and I ate every meal. Appointment with Ortho surgeon recommended in the future a hip replacement but wants me to do non-invasive treatments first. He recommended physiotherapy which turned out to be an even better motivator for me. I don't want surgery! or at the very least I want to put it off for 10 or 15 years if possible. I did a lot of walking in my neighborhood, I did work everyday on my stationary bike and I did all of my stretching exercises per physio instructions. Now this coming week I need to do my physio stretching twice a day as well as increase the bike to 30 minutes and harder tension . Today we're having company for Chinese food so I'm going to try really hard to make sure I keep my numbers in line. I know it will be more difficult than other days, but I've earned a little bit. I thank everybody for their support. Once again, Cheers to you and here's to another great week!

You inspire me. Our stories are similiar: I too gained a lot during COVID; I am semi retired; blessed with grandchildren; I’ve had both hips replaced; and continue to battle nighttime snacking! Thx for connecting and let’s keep at it! It’s gotta get easier. ☀️
