so i was dreading the weigh in this morning. After 2 weeks vacation not thinking about the calories enjoying a beer or two and feasting on nough white bread to cover a football field i was certain that it was going to reflect really badly this morning. So imagine my suprise when its just showing a normal 1kg fluctuation!!! i think that the hiking up the mountains (2666m) probably helped a little. now back on terra ferma and back to the normal routine of life will hopefully see this final weight loss become fruitful and i willr each goal weight before the end of the year::
74.8 kg Lost so far: 32.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
