Making some progress. Added some gym time in and trying to add more vegetables. Hope to get below 250 by new years, then I will have lost 50lbs this year.
117.3 kg Lost so far: 12.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
