While not perfectly following induction foods 100% I have been extremely low carb and seeing for the most part fairly confident keto tests showing trace levels or slightly more. What I mean by extremely low carb is that I have been very faithful to the diet, I have not had any of the major no-no carbs since after the first few days of starting. I have cheated and had some peanuts, and peanut butter, or ate too much of a vegetable that might have provided too much sugar. I have had no bread, rice, flour, potatoes, pasta, tortillas, grains, sugar, or "added sugar", starchy veggies (except spaghetti squash), beans or hummus. I give myself this almost 100% rating mostly regarding this past week.
