A new low!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Atavis diet. I'd never tried to avoid carbs since I love love love pan dulce in the mornings (and for snacks). I'm glad this is working. I plan to be on this diet for about a week more.

Yay!!!
65.1 kg Lost so far: 37.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
