Happy 😃 happy 😃 fantastic Friday…

Another happy happy day to start off with…was just sitting here thinking about all my sweat pants and how baggy they have be one baggy on me…the legs mostly…plus I’ve lost an inch in height….so they are to long as well…most people in here put it on…from what I’ve learned…I can see why…the food is great…almost to good to pass up some days…but to make up for the great food…I just have 2 meals each day…and try and hit a number of burned calories on my whoop…and it all falls into place….I’ve even been eating the cake some days…and it just doesn’t matter…the scales smile at me now..guess I finally figured out the solution to my working it off….no magic pill…just figuring out what works for me…

Still adding the stairs into my morning workout…more up and down..before walking the hallways…

Well…time is moving on..breakfast is getting closer…only problem…when I eat..it’s like an appetizer…lol…till lunch…at 1130…and I’ve noticed…lunch fills me up..where I sometimes leave food…a good thing…yesterday it was part of a potato and the cheese enchiladas…and the lemon cake…just was full…like I said I was full…and didn’t want to feel bloated…

Good morning! Sunny and warming up nicely. I got out yesterday and it was decent but today will be perfect. Much warmer! Can’t wait. Good for you and those big pants. You do have it all figured out!💪👍 Oh! Cheese enchiladas and lemon anything are two of my favorites! Hope you can get out today, too. Have a fabulous Friday!:)
