Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Waking up to 28 outside…but warmer days and nights back in the future…sunny day today..get some rays …

A.ready got a stair workout in this morning..but not really in right frame of mind to get with the resistance bands….but thinking of switching the usual pull down with dead lifts…just for a change of workout with resistance bands….looking for a boost to the workout…

Was watching this on raisins this morning… https://youtu.be/YHoEj6qtQJQ and the benefits…I did try it a few days ago…but didn’t stick with it…going to try it longer..for extra benefits…

I take collagen….and I can tell it’s working…but always looking for cheaper ways to get the same benefits…

Well…time for breakfast in a few,.once again…I’m ready to break fast..and re feed…

Good morning! It is cold today but much better than the last couple days. The warm up starts tomorrow. I like how you change up your workouts.💪👍 Already finished my coffee and about to get moving. Hope your raisin trial goes well. I wondered how that was going. Get some rest and enjoy your day!:)
