Trying to keep busy and accomplish some long delayed chores. I changed around my furniture and the paintings on my wall, gathered all my granddaughters things together so she could move home. After 6 years of living with me part of every week she’s now in college and moved out (to her parents home). Empty nest syndrome all over again!
Nice to have my apartment to myself though. A bit high on carbs and low on calories today but very busy and distracted. My special keto supplements arrived today too to give me a boost.
78.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
