Andy has gone to NH for two weeks. Today is Sunday, he left yesterday. I want to eat healthly, somewhat close to South Beach but without phase I. Yesterday, I was at a loss as to what to eat. When shopping and picked up a few items.

Things I've read that I want to try:

1. An apple a day will help you lose wt. Eat an apple prior to each meal to decrease your appetite and increase your fiber. You must eat the peel. (Applesause is not anywhere near as healthy as a whole apple.)

2. I like Boca Burgers with salsa and a little onion on flat bread whole grain bun.

3. Stay away from artificial sweetners.

4. Yoplait Yogurt has neutrsweet :-( and high frutose sugar :-(

5. Will try Stoneyfield Yogurt for a healthier choice.
