another good week has passed. I am being honest, I got on the scale and it went up a bit. I was surprised, but I am still staying under my goal. It wasn't a whole pound, but I rounded up. When it goes back down it will look real good. I had my Hawaiian chicken breast for lunch, 1 cup of canned tomatoes, a tsp of chili powder, a packet of splenda and a chicken breast portion. I boiled it all for about 12 minutes. It is kind of sweet and kind of tangy but a good warm meal that makes you feel like you have actually eaten something. I used to add pineapple chunks and simmer them along with the tomatoes and chicken. That is why I named it Hawaiian Chicken.
