Yes, we have a warming trend coming and it is supposed to get up to 70 by noon today. I put a heavier blanket on the bed and last night I got up and donned a flannel shirt too. I am not a fan of cold weather. My day yesterday was a good one. I didn't log all the food I ate, but I didn't eat that much and I am proud of that. This morning I ate toast(Sarah Lee 45 calorie and delightful) with peanut better. A good start to my morning. Golf ended yesterday for the season, I was ready for league to be over with. Last night my hubby and I bowled in a couples league. We stunk, but we don't profess to be very good at it. We won one game. Maybe we will be better next week. I am bowling again tonight on a woman's league. I love my team mates, it is a fun night out with the ladies. The week has sped by and I am satisfied with what I have had to eat so far.
