I’m assuming you are on Lasix for a medical reason because it is NOT part of any weight loss strategy.

Thank you all for the support. I expect to be down tomorrow. I take Lasix for chronic inflammation. When you gain 2-5 lbs overnight , the dr says it’s inflammation. I take Lasix usually every other day, but always if I’ve gained for no reason. Thanks again all!

I think you might re-evaluate your diet and your SODIUM Intake if you haven’t done that already. I mean read the labels and select sodium as one of the things that FS will track for you. Is this doctor an endocrinologist

Kenna I appreciate your input, but you obviously don’t know my situation. I have lowered my sodium way below most people. I don’t add it at all to my food. I was in an electric wheelchair and on max dose of steroids for SLE Lupus and 8 other autoimmune diseases. I continually got steroid injections because I nearly broke my ga k. Well, that crap will kill muscle, bine, and tissue. I changed my diet even more 3 years ago and I have only one Autoimmune disease and thyroid autoimmune. I’m working on healing that. I exercise doing yoga, stretching, and a nightly Cherokee prayer ceremony. I can now also walk all the way to my mailbox! I use a walker mostly, but still a wheelchair for long did. I’m walking more than ever b4 and my neurologist says my neural pathways are mending. I’m pretty much not feeling below the waist, and now I can a feel a lot! I Jane a complex medical history and am doing IF at the request of my endocrinologist. I’ll be 65 next month and she definitely makes it hard to lose. I can’t go to the gym like you or run or whatever. The inflammation is from my multiple diseases including a heart issue they just discovered. I am doing great. I will keep the weight off when I reach my goal. Thanks again for your support!
