Trust the process

You know it’s hard to trust the process…when the scale is going the wrong way,..but….I gotta keep the right frame of mind and be honest with myself…sure ..I could fudge on my weigh ins..but..after awhile..the gap between what I put and what it is….just grows bigger…

I rode yesterday…and after riding…I should have took the nap…I was exhausted….and went to bed tired…but with resetting my whoop..on when I hit 85 % of my sleep…I did get closer to my actual sleep last night…my recovery is at 61 %…..so in the yellow…and my strain today is 15…yesterday I over trained again…all a learning process for me..as if I get bored…I get up and move…

63 outside this morning…my air was on most of the night..when I got up at 4am..I quickly turned heat on..just to get the chill off the room…but after my morning walk…il be turning that off as well…

Lifting light on the resistance bands..50… and then yesterday going back up to 70… definitely puts the workout to less reps…seated rows…but..it’s a great workout anymore …50… is just to easy….gonna have to just drop back to 60

Well….need to get started with a few moves before breakfast…
