Took a month off from weighing in, but kept my eating habits. Happy to see I'm actually down .4 of a pound!!! Next month back to my walking as my trail will be free from cattle again and will work on the next 15 pounds to my final goal of 135.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
